Weathering the Winter

Winter is well and truly upon us and it can feel so much harder to continue our healthy eating and exercise habits when it is freezing outside. With all these bugs around, it is even more important to keep the fruit and vegetable intake up, exercise regularly and eat a big variety of wholefoods like nuts, seeds, wholegrains, meat, fish, dairy and legumes.
