About Jess Moulds
My approach is practical advice for realistic lifestyle changes that last a lifetime. As a dietitian, it is my passion to help each of you reach your nutrition goals without feeling deprived of your favourite foods, because I know my life would not be the same without a custard square.
Having completed a Masters in Dietetics, working in a high performance sporting environment and researching many different diets, I truly believe that there is no ‘one size fits all’ answer. I am determined to help each of you find a way of living and eating that gives you energy and makes you feel awesome inside and out. My busy lifestyle means I don’t have time to spend hours in the kitchen preparing meals so it is important that I create great tasting recipes that are nutritious, quick and easy to prepare. I look forward to sharing these ideas with you.
In my spare time, I play netball for the Silvermoon Tactix, write recipes for the Healthy Food Guide and enjoy going out for a meal with family and friends. I currently run my own practice in Christchurch and see people over the phone or on Skype worldwide.
